1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified in such cases.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
Free shipping offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected serviceable pin codes.
We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD services for the customer.
6. Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If incorrect address or contact details are provided, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
Please do not accept the delivery.

Provide clear photo or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are delivered within India only.

Rajvansh Masala shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or courier disruptions.
